Deposit

To Reserve:

Select the dates and if the house is available, make a deposit of 50% of the total rate plus 9% room tax to secure your reservation. You can make your deposit online using PayPal. PayPal accepts credit cards and transfers from your checking/saving account. There is a 5% charge to make payments through PayPal, which will automatically be added when you make the payment. Once your deposit is received, your reservation is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation via email from PayPal and aMayanHeaven.

Balance is due in cash upon arrival or via PayPal or Wire Transfer at least 7 days prior to arrival.

  • Minimum stay 3 nights
  • Rates are based on 2 guests; add $20.00 per night, per additional guest.
  • Children ages 12 & under stay FREE. (One child free per paid adult.)
  • Reservation Policy

  • A written confirmation must be from aMayanHeaven to make a reservation active.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total bill is due at the time of the confirmation. The balance is due no less than 7 days prior to arrival.
  • 9% Hotel Tax & 5% Service Charge are additional

  • Cancellation Policy

    To cancel your reservation and receive a refund of your deposit, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in Hopkins, and we will return your deposit, minus a 1-night non-refundable fee. PayPal charges us a transaction fee for making a refund. PayPal transaction fees for returning a deposit will be charged to the guest (typically 3-5% of amount of refund). Refunds cannot be issued if you cancel your reservation within 30 days prior to your arrival. Also, refunds cannot be issued if you decide to shorten your stay once you arrive. There can be no refunds due to airline delays, weather or acts of God. We recommend flight and trip cancellation insurance.
